Entering the Venue

Due to security concerns in the IIT Kanpur Campus, all attendees must carry any form of government ID for their initial check-in into the campus, after which a conference ID will be issued to allow movement throughout campus

Accommodations

Accommodations will be provided in University Common Room Hostels, holding 50 people in each room.

For people entering the Venue, you may be accessed to provide a government issued photo ID for entry security.

Transit to Venue

Kanpur Chakeri Airport is the nearest airport from the venue —Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur— while the nearest railway station is Kanpur Central.

Kanpur also has a metro transit system, and the closest metro station to both Railway Station and Airport is Kanpur Central Metro Station. You can take a metro ride from there to IIT Kanpur Metro Station.
